- My technique, fail :-(
Still suffering from a little insomnia and it's irritating, no sleep = a grumpy Moon.
Tried to look up some practical tips to help and found the following in case any one is suffering the same -
- Avoid drinking caffeine drinks (I've ditched the caffeine already)
- Avoid alcohol for 2 hours before bed time (ditto)
- Relax in the bath tub (hmm maybe, I'm a shower kinda gal)
- Listen to quiet, relaxing music
- Exercise during the day but avoid 2 hours before bed time (meh)
- Avoid eating late in the evening (okay)
- Avoid working on a computer before bed (hmm point taken)
On that note, I'll close my laptop and retire for the evening, good night!
Sorry your injection hurt again. I find that my sides (around 2 and 10 o'clock) if that makes any sense hurt less and it's easier to do shots there. You made me laugh with your trifle ;)
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear that your injections are hurting. Mine are too but I just keep telling myself it's all for a good cause. I am having sleeping trouble too. I am guessing it's the meds. I went for a walk outside last night and finally had a good night's sleep so maybe getting some fresh air would help?
